Well, to be honest, I agree with Ben, it's something that has to be shown
and felt. Words are not sufficient.

At it's most basic, it's a blending of momentum for the purpose of
redirection or control of momentum and energy. Physically, Push-Pull
theory is often involved as movement from a stable base while
destabilizing the other in order to control.

And yes, some of these principles are apparent in Judo. The physical
principles, at least.

And, to be honest again, that's about as detailed as you can put in in
print without becoming clear as mud. I find it a bit like reading
descriptions of fajing. Outside of a high-level overview, it just makes
now sense when you write it. Gotta be felt and shown.
