Yeah, no shit. Anybody can make themselves mad and start to feel the

you're making a pretty big leap of faith if you think you've actually
done anything to dramatically improve your ability to fight.
what do you think chi is?
Work on cultivating
your energy through typical qigong type exercises. Learn to extend
your energy through your hands. While doing so picture a mental
scenario that really, really pisses you off (you know, like me
trashing your ass on outcome predictions), and at the same time do
some sort of a fixed pattern hand motion.
The fact that it really pisses you off to talk about outcome
predictions should tell you something. Deep down, in the dark recesses
of your brain, there is some shred of intelligence that is telling you
that you've been wrong all this time.
I predicted within at least a 50-50 chance of success, that you still
wouldn't be able to grasp the concept of assigning probabilities to
observable phenomenon, and using it to be able to determine your
success rate of outcome predictions.
I predicted that. How'd I do? So did the fact that I was right,
change the chances of me being wrong?
As you learn to cultivate
and extend your energy, you will become trained to trigger the
response through your mental and physical trigger. If you ever needed
the energy, you can turn it on like a lightswitch. It will give you
all the "intent" you need.
Not really. At best you're going to feel some additional confidence
because you believe that your "trigger" is doing something. At worst,
you've never really prepared yourself to deal with real fear and anger
and you're gonna freeze.
Now how could you possibly know that? Talking out yer ass again, I
see.
I consider the ability to turn on berserking as the number one
"secret" weapon of the martial arts.
Only if you have protective magic in place. Otherwise, the penalty to
your AC might well be your downfall. Sure, you have the THAC0 bonus,
but it's rarely enough against a real opponent.
Sure. Anything can turn out to be a double edged sword. Our weapons
can turn out to hurt us. You just never know. You pack your toolkit
and you take your chances. And you learn how to, um, play "the odds".
Second would be the power you
can achieve by using the rotational forces of the body, but being able
to achieve maximum power by rotating is nothing compared to being able
to unleash your dragon.
Unleash your dragon... rotate... huhuh huh huhuh huhuh...
Never learned the esoteric side of the arts, I see.....
meatheads usually don't.

If you don't believe me, try it. Someday soon, you too will call me
MAHstahh....
