I've figured out a long time ago how to generate and work within the
bounds of adrenal dump. The biggest problem is learning how to work
within it and it's not that hard to do once you've experienced it some
number of times and forced yourself to keep on doing whatever it is you're
doing at the time. It's just "stress." So what if your body is all hot
and tingly, your heart is pounding a million times a second,

you have enormous energy. The same physiological reaction that allows
a mother to lift a car under which her child is pinned.

You're missing the point... the idea isn't to bring on the adreneline
dump - that happens all by itself. The point is to be able to stay in
control *despite* the adreneline dump.

Yes, of course. But by learning how to trigger that rush of hormones,
you can learn how to control it. You, on the other hand, are simply
counting on it to kick in automatically in a fight situation, yet by
not having any experience with it, you will not know how to channel it
properly, or control it.

What you're suggesting is like training to fall when you jump out of an
airplane. You don't have to train to do that - gravity does it for
you. You're better off learning how to work the parachute.

But you will need to know what gravity is, and know what it feels like
to fall, or else you may freak out and not be able to pull your rip
cord.

and it won't be the fall that kills you, it will be the sudden stop at
the bottom... :)

you have
trouble manipulating really small movements,

so? It's not like you're changing a watch battery or anything.

So a large number of complex techniques go right out the window. If
you rely on spinning or jumping techniques, or complicated
combinations, you could be in a lot of trouble.

Nonsense. A powerful rotational or jumping technique is exactly where
you need that enormous burst of energy.
