Tell you what.. We set up the laws to ban *FOR LIFE* any driver caught impaired from being behind the wheel of anything other than a lawn tractor, and I might fall into your category..

People are slime when it comes to this particular area.. and, frankly, this is one area I don't mind my personal rights taking second place to public safety.. The saving grace is that they're 'spot checks', they're set up to hit 'likely' targets and they're usually not that secret.. we have a whole "Check stop season" blitz on television when they gear up during the holidays..

There was a story about the primary reason for my opinion in today's papers..

Not saying you're wrong.. just saying this is one area I don't really mind..
