Oh hell yeah! My old sifu had us doing a routine that looked like it
was cobbled together from a 1970's phys-ed manual. We'd be doing
bouncing stretches (just about everybody was developing sciatic
problems) and he'd be saying "you scared a little hurt, take long
time."
