I don't consider there to be a question.

Not so fast, sonny.

The question boils down to two entirely differentiated controversies; the
'scientific' one, and the legal one.
Presently, the legal question is about the Constitutionality of legislating
a State-certified cosmological viewpoint for use in compulsory schooling.
The 'scientific' question's burden of proof is on the questioner. If the
noted authority says that Moogum cures cancer, the burden of proof is on the
questioner, the noted authority already has the state of credibility.
The vast consensus of civilization throughout history is that this isn't
accidental.
The only basis for questioning that seems to be some sort of abstract
mathematics or statistics or something that claims to generate an
infinitesimal possibility that monkeys will fly out of your ass or sand
spontaneously become computer chips.
I certainly hope I haven't been offensive to you- this is a hard medium to
be funny, or sardonic, or wry. I treasure your good regard, and would plead
'intellectual banter' for any perceived slight.
Chas
