Not much.

I mean, forget about how his arm will break--I

Sure. Let's say you've never seen or felt an arm-bar before. If one gets
whacked on you quickly by an experienced grappler, you won't have much time
to consider your options. Maybe you'll think/react and bite...maybe you
won't, but if the bite is to happen and cause injury, it will have to be
very quick indeed. Most folks arms will break long before any attempt to
bite will prove effective. Usually.

Not much...but again the same scenario.....if you're experienced, you'll
have a range of quickly available options.

Understood.

Nothing is foolproof. All you have is possibilities and probabilities.

How about eye

Generally, keeping your head close to our behind theirs will prevent an
effective eye gouge or poke. If your rnc is good, it's your assailant who is
under time-pressure to work out an effective counter. Will he figure out and
effectively execute a good rnc escape in the five seconds or so available to
him?

Not likely.
