That would explain the inconsistancy he shows, the inability to
support even his own lines of reasoning, the fact that he obviously
doesn't read most of the stuff he links to or pastes here... I've
suspected this about Hal for a while now, but he's amusing enough
(most of the time) to play along with. Then again, it could be
that he really *is* a stupid, bigoted *** who actually believes
the bull*** that he spews. Doesn't really matter either way since
his function is amusement.

Hal is basically the court jester of RMA. He makes a fool of
himself, gets kicked around a little, and provides amusement.
Occasionally he says something that's over-the-top stupid or
offensive, but for the most part he's harmless.
