It seems that what Hal believes about specific details changes a on a
daily basis. On a Monday he may believe something quite crazy and post
that to RMA. On Tuesday Hal might believe that he could never have
said what he said on Monday so it never happened. Then on Wednesday
Hal may believe that he did in fact say those things on Monday but he
was joking. On Thursday Hal might believe that wether or not he was
serious when he said them is not important compared to starting half a
dozen unrelated political trolls. Then on Friday Hal might believe
that while he did not say the things people claimed he said on Monday
he should have since they are true and he will post a couple of links
that he believes proves his point when in fact they are not related.
Technically it does not matter how false his claims are. Due to his
mental condition Hal is not capable of lying.
