Chas.... sharpening skiving knives?

What sort of angle do you use, and what sort of stone?

I've got the blade cut out and the scales put on, but I haven't done
the final grinding of the edge yet. I'm thinking a Kydex sheath for
this one, as it only needs to be protection for the edge. Suggestions?
