Yeah the two names are, by common consent and legally, considered to be the
equivalent of each other but in fact they are different names.
Thats what you get when you have one country with two official languages.
Daithi is Gaelge for "nimble" or "swift" while David means "beloved"
In my case neither are particularly descriptive any more since I am no
longer quick enough to be the first and was never likable enough to be the
second. :-)
Yeah still up and running. Keeps me off the streets and out of trouble and
gives me something I like to do more than anything else.
Can you email me off list and we can haggle for a wore out parer.
For years now I have been banging on to anyone who would listen about how
great that knife was.
