to pay upwards of about $150 for a copy on Amazon - or get it cheaper

You might also want to have a look in the "Zentrales Verzeichnis
Antiquarischer Bücher". It's an online database of out-of-print books
available from dozens of individual bookstores all over the world.

The results are mostly German, but there are some English Art & Artists
in there as well. One for 450 €, but also two for less than 100.
