Apparently it's funny, but
everybody already knows it so it's not really funny anymore or
something...
Can somebody Finnish please explain this?
Yes.
It's joke that needs that you understand Finnish language. I can translate
it but it doesn't work at all.
Two grandmas go in to blueberry but other one doesn't fit.
So basilcy it's like two old ladies go to pick some blueberries but other
one doesn't fit?????
it's similar joke with the one with the one, where tomatoes are crossing
the street and one gets run down by car and other one shout's 'come on,
catch up!'
Hopefully my bad explanation is clear enough.
And for further explanation we Finns really love to tell jokes that
doesn't work after translation to foreign people. I doesn't really make
any sense but we think that's the funny part.
So is there a word in there which means two things?
One of my favorites like this in english is:
Why is 6 afraid of 7?
...because 789.
It's really lame when translated into German. You can translated two ways
and they're both pretty
useless for the joke :P ...but yeah somehow I also get a kick out of the
'not working' versions.
Do you have any more?
