Hi
I would like to start to learn how to bounce. But I have no idea, what
will expect me ;).
Can bouncing be compared with the usual kind of juggling? How much time
will it take to learn how to bounce, if you are already able to juggle
balls, usual way? (At this moment, I can do about 40 catches on average with 5
balls, of course I can juggle 4 balls and do a lot of 3 balls/clubs
patterns.
There are great many viedos of people bouncing 5,6,7,.. balls, is this
possibly easier than juggling the balls into the air?
Can you predict how much time it will take to learn how to bounce 5
<snip>if I can juggle 5 balls the usual way?
P.S.: Forgive my poor English, I am from Germany ;)
Hi,
Watch bouncing in Paris.
There are plenty of patterns which are much harder bounced than tossed.
Especially those involving combinations of lifted and forced throws
e.g.(6x,4)*. Some complicated siteswap patterns are allmost impossible
bounced (or look rubbish) due to collision problems e.g. 97531.
I've long wondered about the posibility of forcing 97531 - reckon it
would look quite good, but highly collidable (and painful if it goes
wrong), what do you reckon James? The lift 97531 looks pants.
Will
Yeah i can lift 97531 (3 tossed all others on single bounce). It looks and
feels rubbish. My force bouncing generally sucks in comparison to my lift
bouncing but i envisage this trick to be rock hard. I'll probably give it
a go sometime, but don't see it working. Let me know if you manage it
James
