We're very sorry that you feel how you do: and I can do nothing but point
you again to both Plumsie's
and Little Paul's succinct and fantastically correct replies. We can't
help that you still feel like this after
reading them: we are sorry to have lost a customer in you!

We have shipped discs (without charging anything extra for shipping costs)
to the USA, Japan, Canada,
Australia, Brazil and all over Europe, and have had no problems whatsoever
with the DVD playing. As
LP pointed out, we simply are making clear that we cannot offer extensive
customer support (although
we already have re-shipped discs when the customer gave a wrong address,
sent replacement copies
on the (two?) occasions when the postal services decided to destroy our
packing: and always at our
own expense).

The website is simply intended to make clear what you are getting: a
hand-burnt, hand-labelled (high
quality) DVD and CD blank. Think of it them as bootleg style, exclusive
and hand made one-of-a-
kinds.

If you have any more queries, feel free to contact us vei the E-mail
address on the MRL webpage!

Best regards,
(The Real) MRLuke
