Hi. Few days ago I started wondering what happened to jugglewiki. I
don't want to admit, but I think I'm... addicted! No, seriously. Does
anybody know what happened to it?

About a week ago, the IJDb moved to a faster, more reliable server.
(You may have noticed that pages now load in the time they should do,
rather than taking weeks)

Due to the new server running slightly more modern versions of various
bits of back end stuff, jugglewiki didn't work. It threw up loads of
errors which when investigated appeared to be lots of hard work to
fix.

This presented a choice:
1 - Delay rolling out the (much needed) new server for a couple of
months until the broken wiki engine could be fixed, leaving the
rest of the site on the slow old broken server.

2 - Temporarily drop jugglewiki, ideally replacing it with a static
html dump from the old server. The intention being to reinstate
it once the broken software which drives it can be made to work
on the new server.

Given that the jugglewiki is a relatively small niche in the site,
and that the new server would benefit many more people - option 2
was the path that was adopted. Unfortunately, it looks like the
static html dump didn't happen. Perhaps Colin is already sorting
that out.

Jugglewiki will be back, but it will take a while. When it comes
back, volunteers may be required to migrate content across to the
new wiki engine.

Given your keen interest in the jugglewiki - I'm assuming you'll
be happy to volunteer for that when the time comes! ;-)
