Hey Brian,
Where did you pick them up at? I've been looking into some bounce
balls but the price of silicone balls is much higher than my budget. I
am surviving on 6, hot pink, Brine lacrosse balls now but force
bounces are about the only real usable types of throws. I can nearly
qualify 5 with a lift if I stand in front of a granite bench and
bounce off of it but, stepping into it with my shins gets really old,
really quick. I went to the local Wal-Mart, Meijer, and Target and
none of them sell any lacrosse equipment. ***'s sporting goods sells
them but, only the pink or purple Brine brand ones and I'm not too
happy with the return on them.
I was also thinking about getting some Oddballs or B-16s from
jugglingstore.com
Can anyone here give any feedback on Oddballs, B-16 balls, Mr.
Babache Turbo bounce balls, or any usefull alternatives to the
expensive silicones?
Thanks,
Rico
I use Oddballs. They're cheap and their bounce factor is almost
equivalent to silicones. Of course, they don't feel as nice in the hand
as silis.
But if you want a cheap ball, with good bounce, then they're worthwhile.
