Most club spins/throws are done in a plane perpendicular to the line of
your shoulders, flats singles doubles triples, all refer to spins thrown
in this way. What is the correct way of defining throws that are spinning
parallel to your shoulders? I have seen them referred to as flats,
outsides and wall plane spins, but I don't know what is correct. Any
advice or information please?

Flat fronts, although I think they should be called 'ahead axis spin'.
Helicopters should be called 'up axis spin' and normal throws should be
called 'right axis spin'.

So a throw with no spin, in this axis, is a flat front flat?
Are you around in Brighton this weekend?
