Hey Jon,
Ask Paul Taylor (one of my faves) he is very skilled in this trick.
Also have a look at the videos of Barak Reuven,Dave Kelly and Ori Roth.
Note the subtle difference in technique.
It took me a long time to learn bbb, I can run it for about a minute or so
now, and I still rate it as one of my favourite tricks of all time. It is
one of the few tricks that can truly impress a non-juggling audience.
It really is worth learning.
