If you'd like to get the bliss video into some form of sane video format
(like AVI or mpeg) you can use this tool:

http://www.download.com/Riva-FLV-Encoder/3000-2140_4-10381392.html?tag=pdp_prod

Its free.

The fatboy-slim-bliss-video in flash video format is here:

http://content.movies.cdn.myspace.com/0007400/85/86/740046858.flv

Once you convert it you can load it up in normal video players or editors.
You might want to view it in slow motion, or convert frames into jpg
images
and zoom in on his bizzare facial expressions. It's also useful if you
want to steal the audio and do a parody ala-garfield stealing his applause
and such.

Sorry, That wont work. That utility only supports the old codec used in
flash videos (works fine for google video or youtube). Actually
converting it with the new codec is a serious pain. Basically you need a
v62 codec installed, and then windows media player will play it just
fine. There is a codec called FLVSplitter that you can install, but its
a pain to install. I found instructions here:

http://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=299796

I wouldnt advise you to try it unless your masochistic. But it will get
things playing in windows media player. Converting to a sane format
requires AVIsynth and a program called Super. Which is a serious pain^2.

I was able to do it though. I have a nice 34 meg quicktime file. A
little big for me to host anywhere, but I could be convinced to create a
bittorrent of it if there is sufficient interest.

I could convert it to other formats as well, if I'm sufficiently bribed.
