It wasn't particularly familiar to me either, so I did a quick google
and the only references I could find were references to the "Star Wars
Holiday Special" which apparently featured a holographic juggling troup
called the "The Reeko Brothers" - who were played by the Mum Brothers.

The "Star Wars Holiday Special" - aired once on November 17th 1978 on
CBS.

From the above, I deduce that they are/were American, and date from
circa 1978. Other than that, I've got no idea.
