I guess you are talking about the half-contortion cascade here. This trick
is much easier for some people than it is for others, because some people
have an anatomic advantage. You will need some flexibility in your
shoulders, arms and back to get good at it.

I think the key to tricks involving flexibility is to do them often for
short periods. If you stretch one part of the body for 15 minutes, it will
hurt. So, try to keep youre practice down to a few minutes. Also, practice
backcrosses and reverse-backcrosses, it helps.
