Important Windows update
A vulnerability was discovered in the Windows Media Player a couple of
weeks ago which could allow someone else to take control of your
computer (eg. you could get a virus by means other than an attachment in
an email).
Microsoft released a patch over the weekend. To get to the patch, run
the Windows Update (or goto http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/). Note
you have to click on the "Custom" button, then the "Software, Optional"
link on the left - the "express" button (and the "automatic updates")
only does "high priority" updates.
I *highly* suggest everyone apply this patch (assuming of course, you
are running MS Windows).
