There will be many, many more "opening days" to come. You'd be a cad
to miss your child's birth.

And If you can't, you could always move to somewhere in the northern
hemisphere... Duck season doesn't usually start until the fall. You
know, Sept., Oct., Nov., Dec and Jan. :)
