I'll second the vote for the Browning Micro Midas III. My older son has one and it will grow with him (he is 14 currently).
My younger son (11) shoots a PSE Bandit that is a bit smaller (both weight and draw length). The Bandit cannot be set up to pull more than 30 lbs (minimum for deer here in Maryland) so it is likely that I'll replace this one as my son gets bigger.
