Youth Compound Bow HELP

I just got my son a compund bow for his birthday . He is 8 and can pull back
20-22 lbs easily . I bought him a Bear Cub from Walmart . After one night of
shooting it, I can tell it is built to cheap. Especially the arrow rest , it
is about the cheesiest thing I have seen !
Any suggestions for a youth bow that could go down to around 20 lbs and
maybe crank up a little heavier as he grows ?
Any suggestion, I am going to return the cub the next time I go to Wally
World.
