Desrousseaux - Rothaar

Roland's supplement I(2) to Rietstap's has a unique CoA
per bend in point to the sinister and to the dexter ?
For the counts (HRE) Rothaar,

and quartered for the counts(HRE) Desrousseaux de Hautmont, and
Desrousseaux de Vandières and finally Desrousseaux de Medrano.

The family Graf Rothaar is not known in German sources, however
Rothaar and Desrousseaux mean the same: person with red hairs and the
area is Lorraine, old HRE

The family Desrousseaux originates from Sedan, merchants, noblesse de
restauration 1815, completely different arms(3 nat. lilies), acquires
Vandières and takes up the name Desrousseaux de Vandières.
After a princely marriage they get a Papal title (duke) and a brevet,
saying that their actual ancestors would be the illustrious family
Rossi of Parma (lion arms) with the title comte (HRE) (Est Ange,
Réverend).

There are still some comtes Desrousseaux de Vandières with these
elaborate quartered arms, sometimes including their real arms( 3
lilies) sometimes not.
Sereville & Saint Simon's do not accept the title comte.
This title comte (HRE), Reichsgraf for these families is not found in
Austrian sources (Frank's Standeserhebungen...).

1) was there a different familiy Rothaar/Desrousseaux of old nobility
with the arms per bend in point to the sinister and to the dexter
2) what is the connection between the Desrousseaux de Hautmont and
the Desrousseaux de Vandières, both places next to each other in
Lorraine.
