But, probably, the situation with occasional creation of an new form
of dignity is much more complicated in the mentioned event.
The mentioned Act of Scottish Parliament, as any acts within the UK
promulgated on behalf of the Crown and the act obtained a Royal
Accent. Therefore the situation is not so simple.....
The paradox named 'the dignity of baron' was created, and now is in
the Law. The only possibility to understand what this 'dignity of
baron' is mean is an (hypothetically) a decision
(even opinion or comments or recommendations) of the proper Court.
Until this decision will be promulgated (opinion or comments or
recommendations) anybody will understand this up to own mind.
I, personally, understand the regulation of the Act as a preservation
of a 'style of a baron' and its pertinent (herald. additaments, if
granted) for somebody who held this style on the AD, and made it
transmissible as 'incorporeal heritable property' exactly in similar
way with transmission of coat of arms in Scotland (which is also
'incorporeal heritable property', and may not be bought not sold by
the holder, but may be transferred to the heir of entail/talize
provision on the death of the holder).
The possibility of transfer the 'dignity of baron' as 'any' form of
'incorporeal heritable property' is a silly provision, because there
is not such thing as "any form of incorporeal heritable property". All
the forms of 'incorporeal heritable property' are different, that we
see in situation with coat of arms in Scotland.
There is an unbridgeable gap between what you 'personally understand'
and what the law says. You may think it is a 'silly provision' but
that does not alter what the law says. When will you get this straight
inside your head?- Скрыть цитируемый текст -

When YOU will understand that for me YOU are nobody and YOU opinion is
nothing for me. YOUR assertions based not on knowledge, but on the
imaginary thing that you have put in your mind.
When will you stop YOUR annoyed bubbling about "act say, act say'. Do
you know exactly what the discussed regulation of this Act meant?! Of
course no....You have an OPINION, and everybody may have own opinion.
Or YOU imagine yourself that YOUR opinion is much more better then
opinions of other people?
