Reminds me of the days when the main mission of the ICOC was the validation

I've noticed that the Global Counsel on Orders of Chivalry has made
several posts to the group. Nowadays, many organizations have a web
site so I looked for the Organization's web page and found none. I did
a Google and Dogpile search and still found nothing. Of course,
nothing says that an organization must have a web site, but since so
many organ
izations do, a web site is almost expected. Anyway, I am still curious
just what is the GCOC, where is it hq'd, and who are the officers?
