Tell me about it. I was sighting in my Savage 99 last week and
didn't have a good grip on it.
The scope came back and slammed the nosepiece of my glasses. Made a
little nick on the bridge of my nose. We geezers need to be careful.

A couple seasons back some guy at the range was sighting in a new .300
Rem. Ultra Mag. On the first shot,WHAM! the scope tore a 3/4inch long,
really deep gouge between his eyebrows. Blood everywhere. That lad
needed stitches, but he couldn't afford to get them.
