I have seen that kind of crap in contracts before - and I do not sign
them unless they are written in understandable English.
I've walked away from some deals - and not regretted it once.
Language is important, and people who warp the meanings and usages of
the language are most generally trying to pull something over on you.
Which is why lawyers are reknown for crookedness, they work hard at
warping the language so it sounds like it means the exact opposite of
what a reasonable person might be pursuaded to THINK it means - if
they aren't very careful.
But I'm willing to learn. Provide a reference in a reputable
dictionary that supports that definition.
