You are correct...he used a Beretta .25 in Dr. No ...his Walther PPK
was a 7.62mm (.32 auto)..NOT a .380! He used other handguns as time
went by including a custom S&W known as an ASP.
"M" used to chide Bond about the use of the .25 saying it was a ladies
purse gun!
If memory serves me correctly Fleming used this in his Bond
adventure(s) because some of Flemings OSS agent buddies during WWII
carried them.
