Excellent is often a matter of perceptions based on factors that differ
with people.

In my case I didn't like the large difference in cost between the Lee
Turret Press and the Dillon Progressive - more than $200 difference
retail.

I looked at the Progressive presses mentioned, but, again, the cost
difference is not worth the benefit to me, and out of the price range of
the person purchasing the gift.

So, I was open to suggestions, but, as I "specifically" asked about
"Turret" and not about "Presses in general" and certainly not about
"Progressive" presses, your opinion, while welcome, does not address my
question in any manner at all.
