I disagree Lou.....mounting a scope ISN'T rocket-science, it just requires
some small attention to detail, the information on HOW to correctly and
effectively mount one is readily available as are the tools, and it is well
within the "skill-set" of all but the most terminally "mechanically
challenged"! Besides, based on some of the work I've seen......many
"gunshops" don't know how to do it either!
