You have gotten a lot of good advice here.
I would add - get a chronograph. I bought a Shooting Chrony from
Sportsman's Guide for under $100 delivered. It is worthwhile to know
what your velocities are. For rifle loads, be careful, work up, check
velocities.
I used to reload shotgun shells in the 1960's and started back again
when I bought a .300 Win Mag a few years ago and it is useful to reload
..44 magnums as well.
