Winhester Model 20 re-blueing

I have a Winchester Model 12 20 ga my father gave me, that needs to be
re-blued. I know it will hurt the value, but it has rust on the receiver and
I care more about the memories I had with the gun. then selling it.
I am in Raleigh NC, but I can ship it where ever it needs to go
