The SR, SR-3, and MR-1 targets have roughly the same size dot (about 6
MOA give or take a smidge) when viewed at the correct range for the target.

If you look at the SR-42 and MR-52 reduced targets for 200 yards, the
black portions are almost the same size as the black portion of a SR.

At about 10 feet, a 6 MOA dot would be just over 1/5 of a inch wide.

Make three 1/5 inch wide black dots. Then tape them up 10 feet away
from you at the heights that would match your head level when shooting
prone, sitting and offhand. Dry fire at them.

If you have a 20-foot hallway, use 2/5 inch dots.
