And I forgot the infamous Bren Ten Company that went belly up because
they outsourced the clips (magazines) they used. Of course they
shipped the guns with the bad clips anyway to meet customers screaming
for guns they had paid for in advance which of course did not work
with the poor quality magazines.. I ordered two of them and neither
worked.
Again this is only one of many, many examples of companies that got
themselves into trouble by outsourcing parts.
