It needs fixing, S&W should be able to fix it with a whack on the hand.
Sadly quality control is slipping, it costs too much to check
everything, but the factory will fix it.
Keltec, OTOH, does NO quality control; you check it yourself and they
fix it. Probably a lower defect rate than S&W.
