I own a Savage model 24 22lr/20gauge but find it to be somewhat
unwieldy. Also most every time I shoot it, I want another shot of the
same caliber but that's not available.
I keep the darn thing mostly because as a kid I'd read an article about
it in Gun Digest and for years I'd wanted one. Like so many childhood
illusions, I find it difficult to let go of.
Summary: A good .22 or a good 20 or 12 gauge is better IMO.
