# In regards to the S&W saga. It's unfortunate today that the only
# awareness people know of the deal is through the internet.Due to the
# firearm magazines cowtowning to S&W products (NRA magazines included)
# not many newer gun owners know the true meaning when someone says S&W
# must die or mentions boycott. It's evident when several posts a month are
# in regards to those that bought or are considering buying a S&W.It's
# also evident that the flame has dwindled to a cinder from those that
# were up in arms when the story first broke. How easy we forget...

I just bought a S&W 642, I had completely forgotten @ the boycott.
If I'd seen this thread sooner, I'd have bought something else.
