It's likely either a headspace or a barrel throat configuration issue.
As a way of determining which, you could pull a bullet from one of the
cartridges (and dump the powder). Then see if your can chamber the
primed case and close the bolt.
(A third possibility is neck diameter, but that's harder to test).
