Nah, just ordinary advantages like quick fire, grip position, and safety.
No "special" reasons.

Carrying no gun at all, would also be less "dangerous looking" - I don't
think that's a valid concern. But condition 2 is certainly more
susceptible to a drop fire than condition one, is more susceptible to
firing accidentally while the gun is being cocked, and extends the time
between in the holster and ready to fire. That makes it a LOT less safe.

# When carrying In
# "condition two", and with a little bit of practice, one can draw and

Not possible. While someone trained in conditrion two carry may outshoot
someone untrained in condition one carry, they will never be competitive
with a traind condition one shooter.

Of course, if you're really losing sleep over condition obe carry, you
can buy a Para Ordnance LDA 1911 - they're an excellent alternative to a
SA 1911. But they aren't safer or faster than a SA piston.

Consider - competitive shooters have every incentive in the world to
choose the fastest, most accurate gun that can be presented quickly and
safely. What design do they consistently choose? A SA 1911.
