Also, I've heard that some states have the DL's of CCW holders tagged on
the police info system so that when a LEO calls in a CCW's tag the LEO
is notified that the owner is a CCW. Presumably the logic is so the LEO
can prepare for the increased danger of approaching a known law-abider.
