Some fouling is always to be expected.
Might be you've got a rough bore though.
You might try polishing with JB compound on a patch
wrapped around a brush. Just 20 passes or so.
You might also try a commercial 'Teflon` treatment
like 'Tetra`. ( If you do this expect the next 20-30 shots
to be a little squirrely before it settles down).
There are some abrasive bullet bore polishing systems
I've heard about but I haven't tried one. Seems kinda drastic.
