Replacing pre-64 Winchester 94 barrel

Has anyone out there ever replaced a pre-1964 Winchester 94 barrel? I'd
like to find out if a post-1964 barrel will fit a pre-64 Model 94
receiver. I know Winchester changed some parts of the design in 1964
and afterward, and I'm trying to find out if the barrel threads stayed
the same.
