Need help with video part of arcade cabinet

Dont know if this is the right place for this but I cant seem to find
any other place to post this. I am at the last final stage of
finishing up my mame cabinet. My dad bought me a 27 in tv (without s-
video) which he bought from a friend, anyways I had already bought a s-
video card for my computer. Well i installed it and got the tv working
from my computer, now when xp starts up with the welcome screen I have
32 bit colours, looks awesome, but when I power up the computer for
the first time (post) and if I go into the bios the colours are very
fuzzy. I hope there is a solution to this, and if so what is it?
Its really not a big deal if it cant work but I hope it does. I
already installed the latest drivers of my video card oops btw its a
Nvidia Geforce FX 5200 T128.
