TECH: Roasblasters power supply problem?

Hello, I'm trying to chase down a problem with my Roadblasters. The board is dead, so no play, but when plugging in the 9-pin square connector from the power supply to the System 1 board, it'll work for about a half of a second then go dead again. Tried wiggling the connector around, doesn't help, So I'm thinking there's too much power or not enough, making the board shut down??? As you can tell, I'm new to this, I ususally work on tube radios, so this is all greek to me. Anyway, on the power supply board (Atari Regulator/Audio III, #043046) resistor R20 is burnt to a crisp so that you can't tell what the color bands are. I'd love to find a shchematic of this board or just some help with the value of that resistor and any help on the cause of its demise would be great too. I'll be replacing the caps on the board too, but the resistor value is obviously needed.
Thanks!
