Also check the critica safety caps. They have a tendence to short out.
Voltage regulator could have gone bad also. If I remeber correctly you
can check the Voltage regulator with an ohm meter. output pin to ground
should show no ohms.
You will have to pull the H out transistor and one side of the critical
safety cap(s) to check them.There is one Safety cap tied in with the H
out transistor and 2 more on the board that can go bad. one sits along
side the metal shield perpendicular to the main critical safety cap.
