We already told you where to start, it's easy.

Your monitor is in upside down, you either need to flip the monitor around or flip the yoke wiring plugs around. Either one is simple, less than 20 minutes to remove the monitor and flip it, less than 5 minutes to flip the wires. Obviously someone has had the monitor out and just put it back together wrong, or replaced it with one with the yoke wired differently.
